Machine Refurbishment
This SFH36 feeder unit was originally supplied in 1986. Upon receipt, Locker fully disassembled the feeder and inspected the castings for any signs of cracking, prior to shot blasting, re-painting and rebuilding the unit with new internal components.
The completed power unit was then mated to a brand new pan, complete with stainless steel liners (to the original design), fully tested and supplied back to the client in ‘as new’ condition – ready for another 30+ years’ service!
Spare Parts and Components
Locker hold stock of a large quantity of feeder spare parts / components for existing machines, including power unit castings, centre clamps, vibrating bars and suspension components.
We still provide spare parts for machines that, in some cases, are 50+ years old and even spare parts not available off the shelf can usually be traced and re-manufactured utilizing our extensive records.
